On 2nd July 2023, neighbourhoods and our partner organisations across the UK helds events to bring us all closer together and share what makes us thankful for our communities and the people we share our lives with. Here are some of the ways that people got involved with Thank You Day 2023!

We partnered with Music for Dementia to produce a cover of Thank You For Being A Friend featuring Tony Christie, Sting, Niall Rodgers and the voices of some incredible volunteers.

The National Sing-a-Long

...and we invited the nation to join us in singing the song! With the help of Music for Dementia and Young Voices, thousands of people across the UK sang our TYD anthem for unsung heroes in their community.
